If there is a term that can be used for someone who tries to analyse the probability of an event/occurrence/response/reaction then it would truly apply to me because that's something that I have been doing very religiously for over a year now and the interesting part is I am still clueless and haven't deciphered anything that I have been trying to and has left me wondering.
Sounds confusing, isn't it?
An optimist would copy Plato's thoughts saying "Wonder is the feeling of the philosopher, and philosophy begins in wonder". Well, am not sure if I am heading towards it but there are possibilities which may or may not drift me away.
Sometimes I'm confused by what I think is really obvious. But what I think is really obvious obviously isn't obvious...”
Some portion of my brain and its partner who is linked by neurons, oh wait! no, a larger portion of it is going through a trauma of uncertainty and unlikelihood of unexpected instances to happen and it seems to be taking a toll on me and in fact is driving me nuts and at times repents for abandoning the science world of psychology which might have fetched some closer solution. Why am I talking nonsensical when I know it ain't a mystery as it appears to be. It could be because of the intensity of the signal strength from the source to the destination and the pattern it follows from time to time. The interesting factor is that there cant be an inference derived upon the analysis made as the pattern doesn't really follow a pattern and the result is "no trending".
So, in the process of my analysis I figured out one thing and it makes me feel good. The key finding is that I never hated Physics and Biology (as I had assumed earlier) but Computers!!!

You sang to me? Really?
We all know that music can be a great stress-buster especially when its soothing and it eventually keeps playing on 'repeat'. At the moment am finding it hard to let go off this decade old song and switch on to the next one in my playlist.
Its undoubtedly the perfect blend of Marc Anthony's magical voice, the beautiful lyrics and the background score.
You sang to me!
Oh
I just wanted you to comfort me
When I called you late last night you see
I was fallin' into love
Yes, I was crashin' into love
Oh of all the words you sang to me
About life, the truth and being free, yeah
You sang to me, oh how you sang to me
Girl, I live off how you make me feel
So I question all this being real
'Cause I'm not afraid to love
For the first time I'm not afraid of love
Oh, this day seems made for you and me
And you showed me what life needs to be
Yeah, you sang to me, oh you sang to me
All the while you were in front of me I never realized
I just can't believe I didn't see it in your eyes
I didn't see it, I can't believe it
Oh but I feel it
When you sing to me
How I long to hear you sing beneath the clear blue skies
And I promise you this time I'll see it in your eyes
I didn't see it, I can't believe it
Oh but I feel it
When you sing to me
Just to think you live inside of me
I had no idea how this could be
Now I'm crazy for your love
Can't believe I'm crazy for your love
The words you said you sang to me
And you showed me where I wanna be
Yeah you sang to me, oh you sang to me
All the while you were in front of me I never realized
I just can't believe I didn't see it in your eyes
I didn't see it, I can't believe it
Oh but I feel it
When you sing to me
How I long to hear you sing beneath the clear blue skies
And I promise you this time I'll see it in your eyes
I didn't see it, I can't believe it

...and...the addiction continues!!!
To top it all, here is something that flashed into my mind for seconds.
Deep in my thoughts
as I hear the most romantic music
I only wished you were here to look into my eyes and hold me close
I wished it was you and the moment was true :P

The Wishlist of a Wanderlust
I am someone with wanderlust and just the word "travel" excites me so much.
I spend my past time researching on the places that are worth a visit and my destination list continues to expand every time a new one catches my attention. Could I have been a gypsy who just wanders across the most exotic places in the world and learn different cultures, food and living? I very much envy those people who are into this profession.
Someday when I get a big fat pay cheque or if I win a lottery (basically when my money bag becomes heavy), I would love to explore some of these beautiful places across the globe. My checklist can be never ending but for now these are the ones that am settling for now.
India:
1. Andaman & Nicobar Islands / Lakshadweep - to go on scuba diving, island camping and snorkeling
2. Allepey - for the Boat houses
3. Amritsar - Golden Temple
4. Leh/Ladakh
5. Taj Mahal - doesn't need an explanation
6. Pelling/kalimpong - River Rafting
7. Rajasthan
8. Himalayas - To experience the freezing cold (It stretches across India and hence categorizing it under this list)
Across the Globe:
1. Venice - To catch the glimpse of their architecture and watch their dance fest
2. Hawaii - Honolulu man!
3. Paris - Wouldn't it be more romantic to be in the actual romantic city
4. Phuket/Banghok/Pattaya - For the islands, floating market, night life and shopping
6. Dead Sea - A non swimmer can't ask for more where you can survive without getting drowned.
7. Switzerland - I always fancied Switz and would love to visit the quiet countryside. I want to visit Lauterbrunnen. Its gorgeous!!
8. London - Its London... What more is required?
9. Turkey - To visit the caves
10. Gothenburg - For the scenic beauty
11: Dubai - Bhurj and shopping
12. Hallstatt - Yet another beautiful town in Austria that reminds me of Wordsworth's poems of Nature!
13. Kenya - Safari
14. Alaska
15. Greece - Skopelos & More. Ever since I saw the beautiful islands in 'Mamma Mia' where Merryl Streep lives I got carried away by this place
16. Maldives/Mauritus/Seychelles - I am a 'water' person. You must have known by now. I can keep visiting beaches/lakes/islands/streams/rivers... without any complaints. H2O is the key.
I am just hoping and wish that sometime down the lane I can surpass the virtual trip through Google and rather pack my bags and be ready to explore the world in reality.

Dietology...
My experiments with diet!!!
Day 1:
I was quite prepared for day one which according to me was the toughest. Yeah, as mentioned earlier I am allergic to fruits and somehow managed to live on fruits throughout the day. I must admit that a sense of satisfaction prevailed throughout but that wasn't the case with the fellow companion who joined me in this venture. Was excited about day 2 and did some grocery shopping.
Day 2:
This was supposedly the vegetables day and I sailed through it till eve and gotta say that the second day of a diet is always easier than the first. You know why?
Well, here is the answer!!!
"The second day of a diet is always easier than the first. By the second day you're off it."
By evening I managed to break the diet by feasting on the finger licking chicken meal from KFC. It couldn't have got any better.
So, with that my experiments with tummy comes to an end.
I felt a little miserable though however I realized that there's always a first time and there's always a next time... wink
To overcome my guilty feeling I went through some of the funny diet quotes and it made me feel better.
Here's one that I like..
"The biggest seller is cookbooks and the second is diet books—how not to eat what you've just learned how to cook."
Jokes apart, I realized that the "diet thing" is for others and isn't my cup of tea!!!

A challenge is a challenge
Like every single women even I desire for the "chic look" and tend to hyperventilate about the extra flab which adds up to the increase in blood pressure levels.
I am nocturnal (makes me think that I must have been an owl in my previous birth, if it counts) and that rules out the option of going for a jog early in the morning or hitting the gym. I know there are a lot of options to shed the extra pounds however my laziness wins hands down all the time. Today, at my workplace, I challenged a collegue of mine to follow GM diet and finally I was cornered and asked to take up the same challenge. Its a challenge and I can't say No, so I have agreed on this. This means I am going to be a cattle for 5 days grazing on fruits and vegetables.
Here is the tough part. I am allergic to fruits and I got to sustain it for a day which I couldn't when I tried it the first time. Oh boy! I got to do this somehow.
Its not about the weight loss totally but this is going to test if I really have the will power to get over this task on a winning note irrespective of the hurdles and something that I got to prove it to myself. I hope I can do it and I am going to upload a picture upon successful completion.
The day to remember or in other words the day the task starts is on the Independance day of United States of America.
Wish me luck!

The Cave house
While I was surfing, this beautiful cave house caught my attention.
In this modern world, we always associate a cave to the prehistoric times and to the lifestyle of ancient tribes who dwelled in it mainly for necessity and not by choice. It is true that even today there are people across the globe who live in caves for ample reasons.
Here is the one I was mentioning about:
The Entrance:
The Hall:
The Bedroom:
Sit Out:
With the increasing real estate prices wouldn't a cave house be a better option to live in?
Jokes apart, I hope someday my caving experience gets fulfilled.
Did you know? Troglodytes is infact the term used for the cave dwellers.

Thirty before thirty
This game all started when a dear friend of mine mentioned about jotting down the 30 things that one wants to do before he/she turns 30. On the 30th birthday one has to review the list and strike off the ones that you actually made it. Isn't it interesting?
Here is the list that I came up with in random order
1. Learn Swimming
2. Scuba diving in Andaman Islands
3. Learn the complete rules of Soccer
4. Be proficient in one foreign language.
5. Be a pro driver.
6. The above statement also means I gotta own a vehicle
7. Learn one form of dance
8. Surya Namaskar
9. Shake a leg in a Cruise
10. Travel and more Travel. This could be the best thing. I want to go to the Himalayas and experience the freezing cold.
11. A big satisfying pay cheque
12. Learn to prepare the English breakfast and chicken (this of course would be the desi way)
13. A visit to Hampi. G3, we are gonna make it this year!
14. Prep for prop
15. Own a piece of land/apt
16. A visit to Gnityagram
17. River rafting in Pelling
18. Hard Rock Cafe
19. Fishing
20. Be an e2e part of the 2 of my best friends wedding
21. Atleast 200 posts a year
22. Shopping in the gullies of Mumbai
23. Try out 4 new exotic cuisines (excludes Chinese, mexican, Italian, small spread of Middle East)
24. Choreography for Saibo
25. Learn to tie a saree. Ofcourse, the perfect way I mean.
26. Try riding a pony (definitely under some expert's surveillence)
27. To own a sweet little Pug
28. Enrollment in the eyebank
29. The Rappa (Yes, gotta unwind the beauty of nature along with adventure sports
30. Donate blood
Have a couple of years to give these things a shot. Hope I can cover all these :)
